Me llamo Gema y soy del norte de España, Asturias.

¡Desde pequeña, recuerdo tener siempre entre mis manos un lápiz y un papel!

Licenciada en Ilustración, Diseño y Producción Editorial.

Después de los estudios empecé a trabajar de forma independiente como ilustradora para diferentes clientes desde mi pequeño estudio.

Mis ilustraciones son digitales y con un punto naif. Para crearlas, me inspiro sobre todo en la música, el cine, la gente que me rodea y en los libros…

Colecciono libros ilustrados de toda clase, en todos los idiomas y formatos.

Cuando no estoy dibujando estoy tocando la guitarra. ¡Mi otra gran pasión!

My name is Gema and I am from Asturias, in the North of Spain.

Since I was little, I remember having a pencil and a piece paper on my hands all the time.

I graduated in design, editorial production and illustration. After my studies, I started working as a freelance illustrator for different clients from my studio.

My illustrations are digital and have a naive point. To create them, I seek inspiration in music, the cinema, people, books...

I collect illustrated books of all kinds, in all languages and formats.

When I am not drawing, it is definitely playing the guitar what I prefer doing. My other passion!
